As a solo parent it can be hard to find time for ourselves. A habit that I have got into is doing a 5 minute Intention Meditation at the start of each day. The thought of finding time to meditate can be challenging, but finding 5 minutes I have found achievable.
Some days can be slightly chaotic and we can have a lot on our minds, but what I love about this intention meditation is that it helps us to let go of what has already happened and really embrace the here and now, taking control of how we’d like to live each day.
I hope it helps set you up for a great day and supports you in starting a meditation habit.
